In a one-on-one interview, Butler University College of Education Dean Ena Shelley discusses the various models and partnerships that support clinical preparation of Butler teacher candidates. Building on years of partnership with the Indianapolis Public Schools, in 2010 Butler opened a lab school that incorporates the Reggio Emilia model at the elementary level in a deeply collaborative professional development school setting.
