Don’t worry about your turf—stay focused on the shared goal, and check your biases at the door. Begin small by tackling a well-defined area everyone wants to work on. These are among the recommendations of members of the Long Beach College Promise and the California State University, Long Beach, UTEACH residency to grow a successful partnership like theirs.
