“The opportunity for continued learning for us and our staff is ever-present,” says Ron Smith, principal of the IPS/Butler University Lab School, of working as a clinical partner with Butler University. As preservice teachers learn and provide instruction to students, their mentors and university faculty also experience growth through new ideas, instructional coaching, collaborative research opportunities, and more. “It’s been very powerful,” says Pike High School Principal Troy Inman of his school’s partnership with Butler.
