Shared Strategic Vision Well Worth the Effort
-
-
A shared vision is the cornerstone of the multifaceted partnership between the College of Education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), and the Clark County School District. UNLV Dean Kim Metcalf identifies one key aspect of the vison as focusing on “next generation” practices instead of “best” practices. Paradise Elementary School Principal Kristie Cole stresses the importance of energizing all stakeholders to support the partnership, making sure everyone is invested in its success and the larger vision.
