Diversifying the Video Club Experience: Examining the Use of High Leverage Practices in Diverse Video Club TeamsOur mostly white female undergraduates and our diverse MAT candidates worked collaboratively on video club teams analyzing each other's classroom use of high leverage practices. Prior to working together, the undergraduates felt uncomfortable collaborating with diverse professionals and our MAT students felt intimidated by teachers from more privileged backgrounds. The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of our video clubs on attitudes toward collaboration with diverse professionals.
