Annual Meeting Speaker Highlight - Developing, Implementing, & Sustaining High-Quality Cooperating Teachers Across the State

A national technical assistance center was brought in by a community organization to partner with four EPPs and two school districts to address a shared problem. In order to increase teacher retention and strengthen the pipeline from EPPs to districts, the collaborative decided to invest in their clinical experience through the cooperating teacher. Together they developed a system for recruiting, selecting, and developing high-quality cooperating teachers.Presenters:
