Based on interviews with Deans of Schools of Education across the country, in this interactive session we explore distributed leadership and innovation in the responses of schools of education to the triple crisis of COVID19, the economic fallout of the pandemic, and the heightened awareness of systemic racism that engulfed the United States. Specifically, we focus and present promising practices from three areas: 1) well-being 2) diversity, equity, and inclusion 3) decision making frameworks.
