Well prepared general and special education teachers are critical for ensuring students with disabilities have access to effective inclusive education, particularly students of color who are often relegated to more segregated services. We highlight how the CEEDAR Center supports educator preparation programs across the country to address equity issues related to race/ethnicity, culture, and linguistic diversity when implementing inclusive, high leverage practices for students with disabilities.
