Throughout our profession, resources and reserves can seem low or missing. As an EPP, we are tasked with modeling healthy, sustainable practices for our candidates while helping them navigate the demands of providing quality instruction and service to the profession. During this session we will explore real-time habits, hopes, and homilies aimed at creating a culture of social efficacy, encouraging internal locus of control, and discovering the right questions to ask of candidates and faculty.
